PDP gets new chairman

The ruling People's democratic party has appointed a new chairman.He
is Nze Fidelis Ozichukwu,from Imo State.He was the former National
vice chairman South East of the party.He replaces Vincent Ogbulafor
who resigned his position as a result of allegations of fraud brought
against him
