Shakira is already in Mandela's country for the kick off ceremonies for the 2010 FIFA world cup,as she is slated to perform her Waka Waka song in the opening ceremonies of the tournament which will take place in Soweto on Thursday that's today.Also to perform are the Alicia Keys,Black eyed peas amongst others.
