Not less than 100 children have lost their lives in a village in Zamfara after being exposed to high levels of lead from ore their parents brought home to sift gold.The said village Yargalma in Zamfara is a typical agrarian village but blessed with gold deposits which the villagers mine illegally to supplement their earnings..This is really tragic.
